There is a green belt around the house, which becomes a valley. This area may not be built on.

The area not only offers vegetation around the house, but bush buck, guinea fowl and many other animal species can be seen from the balcony. The house is perfect for those of you who want to relax and do absolutely nothing.

The sound of the sea can be heard in every room.

Cancellations:

Should you cancel your booking, the following cancellation penalties will be enforced:

• Less than 7 days before arrival = full deposit
• 7 to 14 days before arrival = 75% of deposit
• 14 tot 21 days before arrival = 50% of deposit
• 21 to 28 days before arrival = 25% of deposit
